HOLIDAY Highlights!

Back in September I was debating on whether to offer a Holiday Special for this year.  Still trying to adjust to being a mom of 3 and all the responsibilities that came along with that honestly were exhausting me ;).  The thought of adding more to my plate felt overwhelming but I was eager to have some shoots for the holidays… so I prayed about it for a while and kept coming to the same conclusion…just offer the special and see what God does with it!  So I did!  I wasn’t sure what to expect, the year prior kept me busy but my business had grown quite a bit since then so I was anxious to see the response.  I offered 4 different locations over 4 different dates and had 15 minute time slots for every family.  Twenty-four spots were offered and if I filled even 10 I would have been satisfied.  To my surprise, I filled all 24 and then some!  It was awesome!  And in the midst of feeling overwhelmed, God gave me the peace and energy I needed to shoot all these families, edit all their photos and send them out with ample time to get their holiday cards made!  It was so fun to see all the different families dressed in their holiday outfits, ready to smile at the camera!  Some families came formal, some casual, some wanting traditional posing, some candid, some more festive and others so excited they were finally getting a professional photo for their holiday card this year!  It was such a pleasure to take all these photos and even more of a pleasure to receive all these beautiful photos in the form of their Holiday Card!   With over 24 families photographed and 100’s of photos taken there was NO WAY I was going to blog them all so I just picked some of my favorites from each session (minus some families) and grouped them together for a Holiday Highlight Blog! Enjoy!

A BIG  “thank you” to my amazing husband who sacrificed almost every weekend from November til the week before Christmas so that I could make all this happen!  You are my biggest fan and I love you to pieces!
